Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. All bikes are professionally packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition ready for final assembly.
What is your return policy on gear and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused gear and accessories in their original packaging. Please note that bicycles are subject to a restocking fee if returned after assembly.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
Yes, if you are local to our store, we offer full assembly. For shipped orders, bikes arrive 85% assembled; we recommend having a local shop perform the final safety check.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also offer financing options through Klarna and Affirm for high-performance bicycle purchases.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All new bicycles come with a manufacturer's warranty covering frame defects. Components and accessories are covered under their respective brand warranties, typically for one year.
